Extractor Mounted Water Supply

With the Extractor Mounted Water Supply, you can water your lead-acid batteries as they are being changed.

This robust water supply features a powder-coated industrial steel frame that cradles a sturdy 20 US gallon (75.7 liter) high-density polyethylene tank and the unit is secured to the back frame of a battery extractor. A submersible pump, which is mounted inside the tank, provides the water volume and pressure required by the Water Injector System™. A highly visible control unit is mounted on top of the tank and provides an on/off switch, power indication, and run-dry protection. The controller also shuts the pump off after 10 seconds of non-use to save energy and conserve the life of the pump.

This time-saving piece of equipment is perfect for large battery rooms as it allows the operators to water the fully charged batteries straight on the extractor during the changeover. When coupled with a SmartBlinky electrolyte indicator, it's immediately visible which battery needs water and the Water Injector System fills the battery to the correct level in under fifteen seconds!

  • 18 feet (5.5 meters) of 5/8" (1.5 centimeters) industrial high-output hose is supplied with each unit.
  • The A/C powered submersible pump is powered by the battery changer. 
  • This water supply is also compatible with the Stealth Watering System™  and the Watering Gun. Additional adaptors may be required.
