Crucially, every component is fully adjustable: both the width and depth of the individual battery compartments can be modified to fit new or different battery sizes precisely, ensuring you can maximise the use of every available slot.
Engineered for Durability & Smooth Operation
The system is constructed with materials chosen for maximum performance and longevity in tough environments. Instead of standard rollers, it utilises Ultra High Molecular Weight (UHMW) slide strips. This high-grade polymer is exceptionally durable, acid-resistant, and provides an ultra-low friction surface. The strips are also equipped with lead-in rollers at the front, guaranteeing smooth and easy placement and retrieval of batteries, which significantly reduces the physical strain on operators and prevents damage to the battery trays.
