The smart display even lets you know the purity of the water as you are topping up your batteries, making the best battery operated cart, even better. We’ve even integrated our HydroPure™ deioniser cartridge, giving you pure water for your batteries without the need to buy water or dont already have a deioniser on site.

The screen shows BATTERY LOW RECHARGE, what should I do?
Plug the power supply into the wall then into the back of the unit and leave for 13 hours to fully charge.
The screen shows WATER LOW, what should I do?
Use the correct hose with adapter ensure it's connected to the top of the cartridge to refill the cart. If you are using the HydroFill Pro without the HydroPure Deionizer Cartridge, make sure you are using a supply of deionized water to refill the cart.
The screen shows PUMP FAULT SERVICE NOW, what should I do?
Call your service engineer.
The purity rating is flashing and shows µS > 30, what does this mean?
The purity of the water in the cart is below acceptable levels, this means the HydroPure Deionizer Cartridge needs to be replaced. Once you have replaced the cartridge the purity rating should state OK.
How do I access the diagnostics function?
Make sure the unit is off then hold the power button until the LED has flashed 10 times.
How do I change the language on the display?
Make sure the unit is off then hold the power button until the LED has flashed 20 times. Cycle through the languages by clicking the power button. Once you have cycled to the language you require, leave the unit for 30 seconds to reset. After 30 seconds, the unit will be in standby mode and will have changed the display language.
Is it possible to fill batteries fitted with a BFS system?
Yes, the cart is BFS ready.
Does the device only work with the HydroPure Cartridge inserted?
No, you can use the cart without the cartridge, although we strongly recommend filling it with a supply of deionized water.
